A bored pile is made in three steps: first a hole is drilled into the ground, then a steel reinforcement cage is lowered in, finally the hole is filled with concrete. The rules for this are set out in EN 1536.

What is the difference between a bored pile and a micropile?
The diameter and with it the load-bearing capacity. Micropiles are slimmer, are therefore set in greater numbers and reach places a large rig cannot.

Yes, with a method that works without a mast. A drill motor on an excavator only needs the height of the drive and the tool.
